The state that spells itself
I’ve got a new BluSup app live, and I love this little thing.
It’s called MissiSup:
It started with a short soundtrack and a simple idea:
what if the word MISSISSIPPI could become a living visual performance?
Now it does.
The whole state name stretches proudly across the screen, and as the music plays, the letters come alive in rhythm:
M → I → SS → I → SS → I → PP → I
Each letter or letter pair rises forward, grows toward the viewer, then settles back as the next sound takes over. Behind it all is a glowing outline of the state itself.
That’s what I wanted:
not just a gimmick, not just a player, but a small piece of Mississippi identity.
A state with a big old name, a rhythm of its own, and now a visual signature too.
This is Version 2, and I think it’s beautiful.
